Build A Wreath with Sarah from Chester Hometown Florist In-Person

Sarah will be showing us how to create a holiday wreath with fresh greens, decorations, ribbon on a 12 inch wire frame.

A fee of $10 is the cost for instruction, supplies and your finished wreath. The fee is payable by cash or check to Chester Public Library.  Registration is open up to the event time.
